AI prompt overrides
Every key of an AI prompt override file in config/ai/prompts/<key>.yaml.
A YAML file in ai.prompts_dir (default config/ai/prompts/) replaces the engine’s prompt with the same key.

Every key of config/accessibility.yaml, the known accessibility issues register the statement and conformance report read.
Seed files
Every key of config/search/synonyms.yaml, config/tags/vocabulary.yaml and config/tags/smartlists.yaml, the files commands import into the database, and of the seed/organisations and seed/people records.
